UNIVERSITY ACCESS FOR PEOPLE OVER 45
At the Méndez Núñez Academy we prepare you for the University Entrance Exam for people over 45 , with support classes, our own materials and specialized teachers who will guide you to achieve your place in the university degree you want.
If you are over 45 or will turn 45 during the year of the exam, you can take the University Entrance Exam for students over 45 and apply for various university degrees . At the Méndez Núñez Academy, we offer support classes with experienced teachers , our own materials and past exam papers to ensure you are well-prepared for the exam, which is held in April and for which registration usually takes place in March .
Applicants must be 45 years of age or older, or turn 45 during the calendar year of the exam , and must not hold another qualification that grants access to university . Admission to the various degree programs is determined by the cut-off scores and places reserved for applicants over 45 , published annually on the university's website.

What is the exam like?
The entrance exam for students over 45 consists of two parts: the access phase and the personal interview . The access phase includes two exercises: a text commentary or essay on a current affairs topic , and a Spanish language test . The interview assesses maturity and suitability for successfully completing university studies, and the result will be pass or fail.
