The draft ministerial order for the university entrance exam for the 2023-2024 academic year will retain the same number of subjects as in previous years, although there is a difference due to the application of the Education Act (Lomloe). Students will have to choose between taking the exam in History of Spain or History of Philosophy .

The exam in 2023-2024 will only have some minor modifications to align it with the LOMLOE law , the implementation of which was completed this academic year. The exams will continue to last 90 minutes.

As before, the Ebau grade accounts for 40% of the final grade and the high school grades for 60%.
